I can offer a range of floor sanding services to suit your needs, whether you want me to sand your floor for you and you finish the varnishing yourself. Right up to the full gap filling sanding, staining etc I can cover it all. I try to be as honest as I can with my prices based on my 9 years of experience in floor sanding. The prices are calculated within the area I usually work in which is south east London. I may have to charge a little extra if you are further away.

Sanding only   £23 per sq mt
Repairs and sanding only £27 per sq mt
Repairs,sanding, filling holes (not gaps) and three coats of lacquer £30 per sq mt
Repairs, gap filling with strips of wood, filling holes and three coats of lacquer
£41 per sq mt
Staining (2 coats is usually needed to build up the colour). £6 per coat per sq metre
Extra coat of lacquer £5 per sq mt
Gap filling with strips of wood £3.80 per linear meter.

All prices include labour and materials. I do not charge VAT.
If you need to work out what it will cost to sand your room measure the room in meters length and width times the two together, which will give you the sq meters. Then pick the work you want done and multiply by the sq meters of your room.
